Consulting-type asset appraisal

During the term of the loan, our duty is to monitor and examine whether

  • the loan granted by the bank and own resources are used for the target specified in the loan contract,
  • the contracts associated with the loan are proper from the professional, legal, financial and economic aspects,
  • payments to the general contractor are in line with the actual performance and the known undertakings and contractual obligations of the suppliers and subcontractors,
  • time limits are kept, and cost forecasts and actual payments are in conformity.

Furthermore, we try also to explore any unforeseen obstacle that may jeopardize the feasibility of the project.
