The first undertaking of the CEU-Reality Group was established by Tamás Járosi at the end of 1998 (Reality Kft.). It was founded with the aim to provide acquisition and project management services to multinational enterprises in Hungary. Today the CEU-Reality brand means a group of successful real estate developers and service providers with great references.
At the beginning of our activities we provided property management and development services to our multinational clients, such as McDonald's and Cora. Based on our initial success, we launched the first development-investment project of our own in 2001, followed soon by many others. By 2007, CEU-Reality Group had been developed one of the biggest Central European mixed-used real estate project, the KÁROLYI ISTVÁN CITY CENTRE (approx. 200.000 sqm development project).
During the last few years we have expanded our scope of activities, and – in addition to the provision of project management and broker services – have become a leading consultant and property appraiser company. Recently almost all major banks have become our clients in the fields of appraisal and quantity surveying activities.

The general consensus of the opinion in the national real estate trade is that 2011 will be a good year.What of course had been expected by the trade (at least what had been included in consensus surveys or authoritative experts’ statements) did...
